FAST BOARDING: OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY ✈️

Hello, traveler! We know that when you order a new Luxhe travel bag, it usually means an exciting trip is just around the corner. You want your gear to arrive quickly so you can start packing and planning your outfits!

We hate waiting for packages as much as you do. Unlike many brands that ship slowly from overseas, our beautiful travel bags are already safely stocked in our climate-controlled US facility. This means we skip the customs delays and get your bag to you with lightning-fast domestic shipping!

⏱️ The Timeline: 4 to 6 Days to Your Door

We treat every order like a priority boarding pass. The moment you click "Buy," our team in Texas gets to work packing your bag with care.

• Standard Delivery: Once your bag leaves our facility, standard domestic shipping across the USA takes just 4 to 6 days.

• Depending on how close your state is to our central Texas warehouse, you might even receive your new travel companion sooner!

📍 Our US Fulfillment Hub

Your Luxhe bag is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped directly from our central US hub: Luxhe US Warehouse Cubework Coppell, 850 Northlake Dr, Coppell, TX 75019, USA

📱 Track Your Bag's First Journey!

We know you'll be checking the porch! The exact moment your package leaves our warehouse, our system will automatically email you a tracking link. You can watch your bag travel safely across the country directly to your front door in real-time.

💔 "Oops, it arrived damaged!"

We pack our bags securely, but we know postal carriers can sometimes be a little too rough. If your Luxhe package arrives damaged or the box is heavily dented, do not panic. Just snap a quick photo of the box and the bag, email it to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush a brand-new replacement to your door at absolutely zero cost to you.

If you have an upcoming flight and are worried about timing, or if you just need an update on your package, our friendly travel-support crew is always ready to help at support@luxhe-us.com.

Your next adventure is calling. Your Luxhe bag is on its way! 🌍
